2. Nature of the Service
K-LunaSage provides Korean astrology, Western tarot, and oracle readings for entertainment and personal reflection only. Readings are not, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice in matters of finance, medicine, law, mental health, or relationships. Always consult a qualified professional for consequential decisions.
3. Accounts & Information You Provide
Some readings require birth date, time, gender, and similar personal information. We use this only to generate your reading. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Payments
Paid readings are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms. We don't store or see your card details.
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Once a reading has been generated and delivered, it is non-refundable — digital content cannot be "returned." If something went wrong on our end (e.g. you were charged but no reading was generated), contact us and we'll make it right.
- Purchases unlock readings for the specific birth chart used at checkout. Using a different birth chart requires a new purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to bypass age verification, payment, or rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Submit information about minors for adult-themed readings.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content — character names, artwork, text on the site, and the interpretive readings generated for you — is owned by K-LunaSage or its licensors. You may print or save your own reading for personal use; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute it.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Spiritual and astrological systems are interpretive frameworks; we do not claim factual prediction of future events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-LunaSage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, or US$50, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
